Travel Dates: April 11 – 15, 2019

Rumoured to be the most anticipated festival of 2019, Coachella will celebrate its 20th year with a bang. Hotels have already started selling out and I’m sure tickets will fly off the shelves when released later this month. If you followed my videos and read my blog post about my trip to Coachella this year, you will agree it’s definitely worth checking out. There is no doubt the line-up for 2019 will be the best yet.

 

Trip Info:

This trip is 3 nights, 4 days.

Package rate is $2115 CDN per person based on 2 people sharing a room.

  • The price for single occupancy is $3785 CDN per person

  • The price for 3 people sharing is $1559 CDN per person

  • The price for 4 people sharing is $1280 CDN per person

Trip is non-refundable.

 

Hotel:

Hotel accommodations at The Westin Desert Willow Villas with Breakfast Included

Limited rooms have been reserved and bookings will be made on a first come basis.  Each Villa has 1 King Bed and 1 Double Sofa Bed holding max capacity of 4 PAX.

 

Flights: 

International flight is extra. Because my clients are located around the world, I give my clients the option to make their own arrangements.  I am more than happy to help you with flights if you prefer.  If you are booking on your own the airport code you want to book into Palm Desert Airport.  LAX and San Diego are also options but are approx. 2.5 hours away from Coachella Valley.

Transfers:

* Airport transfers from/to Palm Desert Airport (local airport) are included.  Airport transfers from LAX or San Diego airport are not included.
* 3 Shuttle transfers to event
* 3 Shuttle transfers from event

 

Payment Plan:

Deposit – first come first served
$250 to hold room (non-refundable)

  • July 1, 2018 – $250 (deposit to secure your room)

  • Sept 1, 2018 – $250

  • Nov 1, 2018 – $250

  • Feb 1, 2019 – $250

  • Mar 1, 2019 – balance due

 

Event Tickets:

Event Tickets – access passes go on sale end of May/early June. Each person will be responsible for purchasing their own pass as it’s a physical wristband that is mailed to you.

Each guest will also receive a welcome gift.

**Please note, that limited inventory is being held.  Rooms will be booked on a first come first served basis. 

 

Important Information:

  • Each hotel is selected based on research, feedback from other agents and the tourist board unless the travel agent has stayed at the property indicated above.  It is the responsibility of the traveller booking into this group to do their own research to ensure they will like the property selected as we all have different expectations.  By booking into this group you are confirming you have reviewed the properties and are satisfied.

  • All known fees are disclosed at the on-set, however hotels can charge fees at property that the travel agent may not be aware of.

  • Payments not made by deadlines will result in auto-cancellation of the booking and monies received are non-refundable.

  • The package is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
